When will I receive my order?

Why did I receive only part of my order?
To ensure faster delivery, some items may be shipped separately based on availability or warehouse location. Don’t worry—your remaining items are on their way.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your item is damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo or video of the issue. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.

What if I never received my order?

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

We have a 15-day returns policy on most items. It starts on the day your parcel is delivered and the return day counts.If you choose to receive a refund, the return costs are $14.90 AUD.
